Insurance

We provide insurance for the rare times when your shipment arrives late and/or damaged. Insurance is available Monday-Wednesday. Sign up when you book your shipment.

Insure that your packages arrive on time and in good condition

 

On-Time Arrival: In case of late delivery*, $1.00 covers the cost of your shipping label plus up to $100 for the value of a covered, damaged shipment. 

 

Damage Insurance: Additional coverage for the value of your package costs $1.00 per $100 in value.

 

*A package is considered late if it arrives one minute after the UPS or FedEx guaranteed time of arrival, as determined by their timestamp. Ground and 3-day services are not elligible for on-time arrival insurance.
