Cost: $2.50 per $100 worth of coverage. This is for On-TIme Arrival and $100 of Live Arrival coverage. Each additional $100 of insurance coverage costs you $2.50. For example, $1,000 of insurance coverage will cost $25.00.

If your shipment is delivered late, even just one minute according to FedEx time stamps, past the Guaranteed Time of Arrival (GTA), you may receive a full refund of the shipping costs for that label.
If your shipment is delivered late AND it is DOA, our insurance pays out the insured amount plus the full refund of the shipping costs for the label.
Insurance is only valid for Express Services - Overnight, 2-Day, and Express Saver.
Claims must be made within 4 hours of delivery.

SYF Insurance is completely self-funded. FedEx waives all guarantees on live shipments, including arrival times. SYF does not receive any reimbursement from FedEx for late packages.
If you decline insurance coverage, there is no refund on late shipments for any reason.
